Privacy policy
Effective from 12 October 2026. This page explains which personal data we process when you use conved.com, why, and for how long.

We do not read the content of your files or use it for anything other than the conversion (including AI training). Conversions run on our own servers in the Czech Republic.
Who receives data
We do not sell data. The page where you wait for a conversion to finish shows Google AdSense ads (Google Ireland Limited). Google may process your IP address and, with your consent, use cookies, including in the USA (under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework). You give or refuse consent in Google's dialog and can change it at any time. Details: How Google uses information. Otherwise we only disclose data to authorities where the law requires it.
Cookies
Without consent we only use strictly necessary cookies: CONVEDSID (conversion progress and sign-in)
and _nss (form protection). Both expire when you close the browser. Google advertising cookies are
only stored with your consent.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Just write to info@conved.com. You can lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection or the supervisory authority in your country.
Providing data is not mandatory, but the conversion or account cannot work without it. We do not use automated decision-making.
